TCPL Packaging further invests Rs 4 cr in subsidiary

TCPL Packaging has further invested in Rights Issue of Creative Offset Printers (COPPL), wholly owned subsidiary company and has been allotted 72798 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 4 crore. Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in COPPL, pursuant to this investment.
