Timex Group India fixes record date for dividend on preference shares

Timex Group India has fixed 14 August 2025 as record date for determining entitlement of the preference shareholders to dividend as may be declared at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 21 August 2025.
