Torrent Green Energy incorporates two SPVs

Torrent Power announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Torrent Green Energy has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries i.e. SPVs, Torrent Urja 39 and Torrent Urja 40 on 19 March 2025.
