Torrent Green Energy (TGEPL), wholly owned subsidiary of Torrent Power has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries (SPVs) - Torrent Urja 29 and Torrent Urja 31 on 19 February 2025 and received Certificate of Incorporations on 25 February 2025.
