Torrent Power announces incorporation of step-down subsidiary

Torrent Green Energy (TGEPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Torrent Power has incorporated Torrent Urja 35 (TU35) as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TGEPL and received Certificate of Incorporation today i.e. 25 February 2025.
