Board of Transindia Real Estate recommends Interim Dividend

Transindia Real Estate announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 August 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.5 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
