The Board of Transwarranty Finance on 7th March 2025 has approved the allotment of 3,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the eligible employee of the Company upon exercise of the Options vested with him under the Employee Stock Option Plan, 2019.
