CIL NOVA PETROCHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 13 2025. 1. To consider approve and take on record the Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window already closed since 1st January 2025 will continue remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Person (including their immediate relatives).
