TTK Healthcare announced that Girish Rao (DIN: 00073937) and Dr (Mrs) Vandana R Walvekar (DIN: 00059160) have completed their second and final term as Independent Directors and consequently ceased to be the Directors of the Company w.e.f. 22 August 2024.
