Ugro Capital has approved the issuance of upto 26,500 senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable, taxable, non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating upto Rs 265 crore on a private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 20 February 2025.
