Board of UltraTech Cement appoints director

The Board of UltraTech Cement at its meeting held on 21 July 2025 has approved the appointment of V. Chandrasekaran (DIN: 03126243) as an independent director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2025 for a period of five years.
