UltraTech Cement allots 329 equity shares under ESOS

UltraTech Cement has allotted 329 equity shares under ESOS on 08 October 2024. On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 28,86,97,647 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,88,69,76,470/-.
