Unifinz Capital India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve 1. the Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2024; 2. To consider a proposal for fund raising by way of issue of new equity shares/Share Warrants and/or any other eligible securities on a preferential basis or any other permissible mode / and / or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate subject to all such regulatory /statutory approvals as may be required. 3.
