Board of Uniparts India recommends interim dividend

Uniparts India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 6.75 per equity Share (i.e. 67.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
