Board of Upsurge Investment & Finance recommends Interim Dividend

Upsurge Investment & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 August 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.5 per share (i.e.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
