Utkarsh Small Finance Bank allots 2.73 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,73,550 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,10,11,82,305 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
