V-Mart Retail grants 1.60 lakh stock options; allots 9,697 shares under ESOS

V-Mart Retail has granted 1,60,330 performance linked stock options to eligible employees of the Company under the ESOP Scheme, 2020. The company has allotted 9,697 equity shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2012.
