Board of Vaibhav Global recommends interim dividend

Vaibhav Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 1 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
