Vaibhav Global allots 4,320 equity shares under ESOP

Vaibhav Global has allotted 4,320 equity shares under ESOP on 24 February 2024. With this the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 33,25,28,926 consisting of 16,62,64,463 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
