Vedanta approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 5,000 cr

Vedanta has approved the issuance of Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis (upto 5,00,000 nos. of face value Rs 1,00,000/- each) aggregating upto Rs 5,000 crore.
