Board of Highways Infrastructure Trust recommends final dividend

Highways Infrastructure Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 August 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.763 per equity Share (i.e. 4.763%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
