Vimta Labs allots 11,726 equity shares under ESOP

Vimta Labs has allotted 11,726 equity shares under ESOP on 20 March 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 4,44,69,024 consisting of 2,22,34,512 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2 each.
