To discuss and consider proposal of split / sub-division of equity shares of the Company; 2. To fix the day date time and mode of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company; 3. To approve the draft Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM); 4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman and with consent of majority of Directors present at the Meeting.
