Board of Vishnu Chemicals approves acquisition of Jayansree Pharma

The Board of Vishnu Chemicals at its meeting held on 19 August 2024 has approved acquisition of Jayansree Pharma.

This newly acquired company will manufacture speciality chemicals and operate in allied area, in-line with the Holding Company.
