W.H.BRADY & CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve As required under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday August 10 2024 through Audio Visual means to consider the following agenda: 1) To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as recommended by the Audit Committee for the quarter ended June 30 2024. 2) To discuss and consider the Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 5 Crores to Rs. 10 Crores and recommend to the shareholders for their approval. 3) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
