Welspun Corp allots 86,500 equity shares under ESOP

Welspun Corp has allotted 86,500 equity shares under ESOP on 11 August 2024. Post allotment of the shares, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.131,17,46,975/- divided in to 26,23,49,395 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
