In Q4 FY25, the company recorded Rs 476 crore in exceptional income from a partial stake sale and the fair valuation of Nauyaan Shipyard.
For the full year FY25, net profit rose 71.84% to Rs 1,908.14 crore, while revenue from operations declined 19.39% to Rs 13,977.54 crore. EBITDA rose 3% to Rs 1858 crore, and Profit before exceptional items, share of profit of joint venture, associates and tax rose 3% to Rs 1187 crore compared to FY24.
The company's consolidated net cash from operating activities stood at Rs 1503.67 crore in FY25, as against Rs 1,305.99 crore in FY24.
The company boasts a robust order book exceeding Rs 19,500 crore, spanning line pipes (India & US), ductile iron (DI) pipes, and stainless steel bars & pipes. Notably, its US mill is fully booked for the next eight quarters.
Despite a capex outlay of approximately Rs 900 crore in FY25, the company managed to reduce gross debt by ~Rs 1,000 crore, turning net cash positive with a surplus of Rs 1,049 crore.
The company's business outlook remains strong for the next two years. For FY26, revenue is projected to hit Rs 17,500 crore, with EBITDA expected at Rs 2,200 crore. Return on capital employed (ROCE) is forecast to stay comfortably above 20%, while the net debt-to-EBITDA ratio is set to remain below 1x.
The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 5 per equity share.
