Windsor Machines allots 78.18 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Windsor Machines has allotted 78,18,608 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants. Post conversion, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 16,89,56,636/- consisting of 8,44,78,318 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
