Windsor Machines announces cessation of subsidiary

Windsor Machines announced the cessation of its subsidiary, Rcube Energy Storage Systems with effect from 07 February 2025 subsequent to transfer of its entire stake to Shailesh Fatechand Ranka (buyer).
