Wipro allots Equity shares

Wipro has allotted 1,87,052 equity shares under ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and 2,68,132 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 on June 17, 2025, pursuant to exercise of ESOPs.
