Board of Wonderla Holidays approves equity issuance of Rs 800 cr

The Board of Wonderla Holidays at its meeting held on 04 October 2024 has approved raising funds for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 800 crore by way of issue of equity shares. The Board also approves increase in authorised share capital from Rs 60 crore to Rs 80 crore.
