Further as informed earlier as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys internal code of Prohibition of Insider Trading (code) the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for Directors KMPs Designated Persons of Company defined under the code has already been closed from October 1 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year Ended 30th September 2024.
