ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) and other applicable provisions rules and regulations if any this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors (Board) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday July 23 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30 2024 and to take on record the Limited Review Report thereon. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the underlying Code the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from July 1 2024 till further notice
