• Step 1: Insert your card into the ATM and select the ‘PIN Generation’ option.
• Step 2: Select ‘create/change PIN’ from the list of services.
• Step 3: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
• Step 4: Click the ‘Proceed’ button.
• Step 5: Create a 4-digit ATM PIN/debit card PIN.
• Step 6: Re-enter the PIN for confirmation and press the ‘submit’ button.

Note: Once done, you will get a notification on your registered mobile after successful PIN generation.

Through interactive voice response

You can generate a Bandhan Bank ATM PIN or debit card PIN through interactive voice response (IVR) by following the below steps:

• Step 1: Call the Bandhan Bank customer care number +91-33-4090-2222 or +91-33-6609-6709.
• Step 2: Select your preferred language and press the requested number.
• Step 3: Select ‘Generate Debit Card PIN’.
• Step 5: Enter the Bandhan Bank account number and press the confirmation number.
• Step 6: Enter the 16-digit Bandhan Bank debit card number.
• Step 7: For verification, enter your date of birth in the DDMMYY format.
• Step 8: Input the 4-digit ATM PIN of your choice and the expiry date of your debit card.
• Step 9: Re-enter your ATM PIN.

Once generated, you will get a confirmation message to your registered mobile number.

Through online banking

You can generate a Bandhan Bank ATM PIN online by following the below steps:

• Step 1: Enter your username and password by visiting the Bandhan Bank website.
• Step 2: Select the "Card PIN" option and click on "Generate PIN".
• Step 3: Select the debit card for which you want to generate the Bandhan Bank Green PIN/ATM PIN. 
• Step 4: Enter your Bandhan Bank debit card number and CVV number.

Another simple method for customers to generate a Bandhan Bank ATM PIN online is through the Bandhan Bank mobile banking app. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Get the Bandhan Bank Mobile Banking App from the Play Store or iOS Store.
• Step 2: Once the application is installed, register with your mobile number linked to your Bandhan Bank account.
• Step 3: Next, log in with your user name and password.
• Step 4: On the Dashboard, go to the 'Cards' menu and then to 'Pin Generation.'
