• Step 2: Select ‘Set/Re-Generate PIN’.
• Step 2: Select the ‘generate OTP’ option.
• Step 3: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
• Step 4: Click the ‘Proceed’ button.
• Step 5: Create a ATM PIN/debit card PIN.
• Step 6: Re-enter the PIN for confirmation and press the ‘submit’ button.

• Step 1: Dial 1800 5700 from your registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Under ‘Banking services & other information, select the “Reissue Debit card PIN’ option.
• Step 3: Enter the last 4 digits and the expiry date of the debit card.
• Step 4: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

• Step 1: Enter your username and password by visiting the BOB World.

• Step 3: Select customer ID and click continue.
• Step 4: Enter your customer ID and date of birth and click on the ‘Next’ tab.
• Step 5: Select your Debit and click ‘continue.’
