- The Company changed its name from BFL Developers Limited to BFL Asset Finvest Limited in May, 2017.

- Asset Finance Companies (AFC), Loan Companies (LCs) and Investment Companies (ICs) into a new category called NBFC - Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ICC).
