- Fractal Industries Limited was incorporated as 'Fractal Industries Private Limited' as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 9, 2020, issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
- Further, Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of Company was changed from 'Fractal Industries Private Limited' to 'Fractal Industries Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 13, 2025 was issued by the Central Processing Centre. Initially, Company started manufacturing garments for Myntra.
- Gradually, year on year basis, it started manufacturing for other marketplaces as well.
