Mr. Kapil Kankonkar joined the equity fund management team of Bandhan AMC Limited on June 09, 2025. In his current role, he will be responsible for equity investment function for the schemes of Bandhan Mutual Fund. He has a total work experience of 19 years. Prior to this, he was associated with Kotak Securities Limited from February 20, 2023 to June 07, 2025 and with JM Financial Services Limited from June 06, 2007 to February 18, 2023, where he was responsible for fund management of Arbitrage Funds.

Kenneth Andrade

B. Com, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management

Mr. Kenneth Andrade has over 30 years of experience in Indian Capital Markets, portfolio management and investment research. Kenneth is the Founder of Old Bridge Capital Management Private Ltd (OBCMPL). and was Chief Investment Officer of OBCMPL where he was managing the investment process and leads investment ideation. He has a 15-year track record managing equity funds. In his previous assignments Kenneth has worked with IDFC Asset Management Company Limited as Chief Investment Officer. He has also worked as a fund manager with Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Limited.

Nemish Sheth

Post Graduate Diploma in Management studies - Finance, B.Com.

Mr. Nemish Sheth joined the Equity Fund Management team of IDFC AMC on November 01, 2021 as Dealer - Equity and Fund Manager He was earlier associated with Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd. as Dealer from December 2018 to August 2021 handling execution of Equity, Arbitrage and ETF trades. Prior to this, he was also associated with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. as Dealer from August 2011 to December 2018 handling execution of Equity, Arbitrage and ETF trades. (Total experience - 12 years)

Dhawal Dalal

He has an overall work experience of 20 years mostly in the investment management function. Mr. Dhawal has joined Edelweiss AMC as Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income in October 2016 and a key personnel. Prior to joining Edelweiss AMC, he was associated with DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd as Executive Vice President and Head of Fixed Income from January 2012 to July 2016, as Sr. Vice President and Head of Fixed Income schemes from January 2006 to December 2011 and as Asst. Vice President for fixed income products from May 1998 to December 2005. Prior to that he was associated with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as Assistant Portfolio Manager, from August 1996 to April 1998.

Gautam Kaul

B.com., MBA

He has over 18 years of experience in fixed income market including 11 years in the mutual fund industry. Prior to joining Edelweiss AMC, he was associated as Fund Manager with IDBI Asset Management Limited from March 2010 to December 2016 and with INVESCO Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd from November 2006 to February 2010.

B.E. (Elect) and MMS (Finance) he has passed the Financial Risk Managers (FRM) examination conducted by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Worked in the financial services sector for over 10 years as a dealer, analyst and fund manager for several leading mutual funds and banks.

Rahul Dedhia

B.E.(Electronics) and also holds a MBA-Finance

He has over 10 years of experience in fixed income market including 6 years in the mutual fund industry. Prior to joining Edelweiss AMC, he was associated as Assistant Fund Manager with DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund from March 2016 to October 2017 and with Deutsche Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd from July 2014 to March 2016.
