Advent Hotels International Limited was incorporated on November 15, 2006 at Mumbai, India as Shiva Realtors Suburban Private Limited', a Private Limited Company with the RoC. The name of the Company was changed to Advent Hotels International Private Limited' dated June 24, 2024. Company was then converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Advent Hotels International Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 16, 2025 was issued by the RoC. The Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Valor Estate Limited (VEL), Esteem Properties Private Limited (EPPL) and the Company was implemented by the Board of Directors of the Company on June 6, 2024, which got sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench dated June 12, 2025. Pursuant to the Scheme, the Hotel Business Undertaking of VEL was transferred/ demerged into the Company as a going concern basis, with effect from April 1, 2025, making the said Scheme effective on July 1, 2025. Advent is a newly established and professionally managed hospitality platform in India's real estate and infrastructure landscape. Launched in 2025 as part of a strategic demerger from Valor Estate Limited, the Company is made one of India's most experienced developers with the global aspirations and operational expertise of an asset-heavy, hospitality company. Advent's portfolio includes seven properties, featuring two fully operational hotels, two under construction, and three in the planning stage. It include 2 landmark assets: Grand Hyatt Goa operational with 313 keys and Hilton Mumbai International Airport with 171 keys. Strategically located in the heart of Aerocity near IGI Airport, the project is designed to serve luxury travellers, MICE clientele, and global businesses. With scale, quality, and world-class partnerships at its core, Advent's Aerocity project is set to become a benchmark in India's hospitality and commercial real estate landscape.
