Aspire & Innovative Advertising Limited was originally incorporated as 'Aspire & Innovative Advertising Private Limited' on July 31, 2017. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed from 'Aspire & Innovative Advertising Private Limited' to 'Aspire & Innovative Advertising Limited' dated December 12, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company is engaged in the business of trading of wide range of consumer durables like kitchen appliances, home appliances, white goods, mobile phones and its accessories, solar products etc. of multiple renowned brands such as Bajaj, Prestige, Vivo, Samsung, Crompton, Whirlpool, Hindware, Havells and many more. It provides one platform that brings multiple brands under one umbrella to fulfil requirements of the customer thus, improving their lifestyles. The Company started its business in 2017 with an objective of providing basic but advanced products to India's rural and semi urban population along with product delivery and focus on un-banked and underbanked customer segments through partners working in this space. To achieve this objective, in addition to the sales team, Company sell product majorly through intermediaries i.e. Non - Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs). The Company has entered into commercial arrangements with a large number of intermediaries like Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)- Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) along with Warehousing and Transportation facilities in 16 states in India. In addition to offering third-party brands, Company started selling Stainless Steel Dinner Sets under our own brand name in 2022. In 2023, it expanded its product range to include pressure cookers, also, branded under the name i.e. 'Aspire Classico'. The Company launched the IPO by issuing 40,68,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 21.97 crores through fresh issue on March 28, 2024. In 2025, Aspire has launched its Cardless EMI initiative, eliminating dependency on credit cards and providing customers with easy, transparent access to credit. It has expanded the Government Business under the Integrated Financial and Procurement Division (IFPD).
