Associated Coaters Limited was incorporated on December 22, 2017 as Associated Coaters Private Limited', a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 22, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Associated Coaters Limited' dated December 19, 2023. The Company is engaged in the business of providing services by way of pre-treatment and powder coating of aluminium extrusions in Architect and Real Estate Industry. The services include Powder Coating, PVDF Coating, Wood Finish Coating and Industrial Fabrication. Mr. Gurmel Singh Dhillon founded 'Associated Founders', specializing in electrical panel manufacturing in 1984. The Company setup a 5,000 sq. ft. unit in Maheshtala, Kolkata in 1990. It launched powder coating operations with a 20-ton monthly capacity in 2000. The production capacity doubled to 40 tons per month during 2006-07. In 2012, Company added a second 4,500 sq. ft. unit and launched a fully automatic coating line with a 250-ton monthly capacity. It commissioned the operations of Wood Finish Coating Line in 2016. Associated Coaters Private Limited was incorporated as a subsidiary on December 22, 2017. The Company introduced PVDF Coating Line in Eastern India in FY23. The Company issued 4,22,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 5.11 crores through IPO on June 3, 2024. The Company has expanded the business with the commencement of powder manufacturing for industrial applications in FY 2025.
