Brainbees Solutions allots 1.91 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Brainbees Solutions has allotted 1,91,172 equity shares under ESOP on 27 June 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,04,32,67,314/- to Rs. 1,04,36,49,658/-.
