Brainbees Solutions has allotted 9,84,699 equity shares and transfer of total of 5,37,359 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,03,83,68,338/- to Rs. 1,04,03,37,736/-.
