CKK Retail Mart Limited was originally incorporated as Sakuma Exports Private Limited on February 14, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently the name of Company was changed to C K K Exports Private Limited' on July 14, 2005 and again to C K K Retail Mart Private Limited dated June 9, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited named C K K Retail Mart Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company is engaged in the distribution of packaged products catering to both retail and wholesale businesses. It commenced business operations in the Financial Year 2020-21 and since year 2023, has focused on the distribution and trading of packaged agro-commodities such as sugar, pulses and ghee across regions including Maharashtra, Bihar, West Bengal, and the north-eastern states. The Company initiated selling its products on the e-commerce platform 'Zepto' in 2024. In April 2025, the Company expanded the product portfolio with the launch of 'FruitzzzUp', a fruit pulp-based juice brand, to provide a diverse and evolving product range to changing consumer preferences. At present, the business mainly involves the distribution of packaged agro commodities such as sugar, rice, and pulses along with packaged products such as milk powder and soft drinks (carbonated as well as fruit based). In addition to the core business operation, the Company also occasionally undertakes consultancy assignments. Besides, agro commodities product portfolio includes sales of lentils such as urad dal, moong dal, toor dal masoor dal, moong dal, chana dal, Rice and Sugar. Their finished products- agro commodities and soft drinks are sold through customers, i.e. through the wholesalers/ distributors. The Company launched the IPO by issuing 54,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, and raised Rs 88.02 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 44,08,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 71.85 crores and the offer for sale of 9,92,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 16.17 crores on February 3, 2026.
