Capitalnumbers Infotech Limited was incorporated on July 10, 2012 as 'CapitalNumbers Infotech Private Limited', with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and attained the name as 'CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited' dated June 18, 2024. The Company is engaged in the business of digital consulting and IT engineering for end-to-end software development solutions to enterprises, and startups worldwide. It provides services in technological advancement, including Digital Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Cloud Engineering, UI/UX Design and advanced technologies such as Blockchain and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR). Mukul Gupta, the Chief Executive Officer is the Founder and Promoter of the Company, having experience in the IT industry. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Mukul Gupta have several years of experience of leading global operations for major IT projects. The team excels in Cloud, Mobile, DevOps, Data Engineering and Application Development using React, Angular, .NET, Python, Node, PHP, Java, etc. They were able to develop a customer-centric focus that aims to fulfill their immediate business requirements and to provide them strategically viable, futuristic and transformative digital solutions. The Company also design, develop and maintain software systems and solutions, create new applications and enhance the functionality of customer's existing and new software products. The Company launched the IPO aggregating the issuance of 64,40,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs 10 per share, by raising Rs 169.37 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 32,20,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 84.68 crore and the offer for sale of 32,20,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 84.68 crore on January 22, 2025. The Company expanded its Gurgaon delivery center from 36 to 60 seats, achieving 100% ??cupancy to support regional clients and on-site deployment needs in FY25. It launched the Salesforce Development Services, backed by certified developers and administrators.
