Colab Platforms Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'JSG Leasing Private Limited' on October 27, 1989. It was converted into public limited company named as JSG Leasing Limited in 1995. On 7th October 2022, the name of the Company was changed to Colab Cloud Platforms Limited and further changed to Colab Platforms Limited on February 10, 2025. Colab Platforms operates as a diversified, technology-led enterprise with a strategic focus on building an integrated digital ecosystem across high-growth sectors. It operates in E-sports, Gaming and Information technology related services & solutions. The Company commenced business in 1984. Since then, its presence across Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Sports & Gaming, Drones, and Semiconductors reflects a forward-looking approach aligned with India's digital and industrial transformation. Unlike single-vertical technology companies, Colab's strategy is structured around convergence, where data, distribution, infrastructure, and user engagement reinforce each other. The Company incorporated three wholly owned companies: Colab Premier League Pvt. Ltd., Colab Sportz and Gaming Pvt. Ltd. and Colab Esports Private Limited in FY 2025. The Company has transitioned into Artificial Intelligence in 2026 in becoming a data-driven technology platform. It has developed colabplatforms.ai, an AI-powered search engine designed to transform how people access and interact with information. The upcoming AI-powered search engine is positioned to bridge global intelligence technologies with India's fast-evolving digital infrastructure. The Company has established a multi-layered presence in the sports and gaming ecosystem, spanning franchise ownership, esports operations, infrastructure development, and athlete management.
