Core4 Engineers Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name and style 'Core4 Engineers' in Mysore, Karnataka, under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, dated June 06, 2014. Subsequently, the partnership firm was converted into a private limited 'Core4 Engineers Private Limited' on February 03, 2022 with the Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, Company was converted from a private limited into a public limited company, and the name was changed to 'Core4 Engineers Limited' with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 23, 2025, issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company began its operations as a partnership firm in 2014 and were converted into a private limited company in 2022 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Headquartered in Mysore, Karnataka, it started as an EPC contractor and gradually expanded into a diversified infrastructure and utility solutions provider across design, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M. Over the years, Company has built relationships with government organizations, PSUs, utilities, and private enterprises across India and is engaged in the business of providing infrastructure and engineering solutions across the power distribution, water and wastewater, automation, and utility infrastructure sectors. The Company undertakes turnkey projects in Extra High-Tension Transmission and Distribution Systems, covering voltage levels up to 220 kV. The scope includes sub-station construction, installation of power transformers, switchgear, control and relay panels, busbar systems, and distribution networks. During the year 2014, the Company started the business activities in design and execution of 11kV electrical distribution works and irrigation pumping systems. The first online tender-based work was passed from KUWS&DB - Electrification of Tumbe Dam, Mangalore in 2016. The Company acquired its first major railways project in design, supply & commissioning of booster pumping system at Mysuru Railway Station in 2019. It commissioned first composite work at Khurda Road - Design, erection & commissioning of booster pumping system during the period 2020-21. Operations of Mysore Unit at Kooragalli Industria Area began in FY22. The first railway electrification EPC project - 1x25kV OHE and 132kV TSS from Madurai to Bodinayakanur commissioned in FY 2023. The Company has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary under the name Core 4 Energy Private Limited' in FY2025. The Company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI & the fresh issue comprise of 58,94,000 Equity Shares having face value of Rs 10 per equity shares through Initial Public Offering.
