Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited was originally incorporated on January 24, 2014 as a Private Company as 'Tanushii Industries Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Tanushii Industries Private Limited' to 'Creative Graphics Solutions India Private Limited' on June 15, 2019. Further, the Company converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on August 24, 2023. Prior to the incorporation of Company, the Promoter, Mr. Deepanshu Goel was carrying a proprietorship concern, since 1998 under the name and style of 'Creative Graphics', with the same business line as Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited is viz, manufacturer of all types of- Printing blocks (Photopolymer plates) for flexographic ,letterpress & dry offset machines. It is a premier pre-press trade shop, engaged in the manufacturing of flexographic printing plates including Digital Flexo Plates, Conventional Flexo Printing Plates, Letter Press Plates, Metal Back Plates, and Coating Plates. The Promoter had setup his first automatic processing unit in 2004. Within a reasonable span of time, Company had setup 7 manufacturing units in different states i.e., Noida, Uttar Pradesh since inception of the company, Vasai, Mumbai in 2014, Chennai in 2017, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh in 2018, Hyderabad in 2018, Ahmedabad in 2021 and Pune in 2022. Thereafter, it expanded horizons by forming 2 new wholly owned subsidiaries, Creative Graphics Premedia Private Limited and Wahren India Private Limited. Graphics Premedia Pvt Ltd was incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary Company in December, 2021, which served various well known corporate houses such as ITC, TATA Consumers, T-Series, Haldiram, Dabur India, KRBL, Himalaya, Hamdard Laboratories, etc. The Company commenced its production at its wholly owned subsidiaries, Wahren India Pvt Ltd and Creative Premedia Pvt Ltd in FY 2023. The Company came up with IPO by making a fresh issue of 64,00,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 and raised Rs 54.4 crores on April 4, 2024. The Company commissioned automated plate-making line in Noida and launched high-speed proofing systems and inline quality checks in FY 2025.
