EMA Partners India Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of 'Executive Management Associates India Private Limited' dated September 9, 2003. The Company name was changed from 'Executive Management Associates India Private Limited' to 'EMA Partners India Private Limited' pursuant to fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 4, 2004 issued by the RoC, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the status was converted into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'EMA Partners India Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by RoC, Central Processing Centre on August 05, 2024. The Company is a leading executive search firm delivering bespoke leadership hiring solutions to clients across diverse sectors. It has an excellent track record of several landmark appointments, and has managed executive search engagements for over 400 Global and Indian corporations. It also has significant cross-border hiring experience and has advised several clients on their international hiring strategy, and has successfully built teams for clients in diverse international markets. The Company specialises in CXO and other senior-level executive searches, Board Consulting, staffing services and Director appointments across multiple industry verticals including Automotive, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Industrial, Engineering and many more. The EMA Partners India team comprises experienced professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge to every search conducted. Our strong team of consultants and researchers are based in EMA Partners' offices in major centres including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai. The Company has recruited several business and functional leaders for domestic and international clients. The Company entered into a membership agreement on September 25, 2003 and became a member firm of 'EMA Partners International Limited' domiciled in London. Over the past 2 decades, the Company has serviced a wide range of clients across Industries and business functions. The Company, headquartered in Mumbai, has offices in Chennai, Gurgaon and Bengaluru. It expanded the operations in Southeast Asia by setting up a subsidiary EMA Partners Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore in September, 2010. Later, the Company saw growth opportunities in Middle East and set up 2 subsidiaries - EMA Partners Executive Search Limited in March, 2017 and James Douglas Professional Search Limited in July, 2022. The Company launched 'MyRCloud', which emerged as a technology recruitment hiring scale business in FY 2023. The Company issued and allotted 61,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, by raising Rs 76.01 crores through the IPO launched, consisting a fresh issue of 53,34,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 66.14 crores and the offer for sale of 7,96,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 9.87 crores in January, 2025.
