Company is engaged in the distribution and export of a comprehensive portfolio of engineering products, with a primary focus on refrigeration and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industries. Apart from these, the suppliers includes Danfoss Industries Private Limited, Transfer Oil S.P.A., Quang Thang Mechanics and Refrigeration Company Ltd, KuzuFlex Metal San Ve Tic. A.S., Testo India Pvt. Limited, Refco Manufacturing Limited, US HVAC & Weld Tools and Honeywell Automation India Ltd., among others. Over the years, Company has established as a reliable partner for industrial and commercial customers to diverse products across the refrigeration and HVAC value chain. The industry in which the Company operates i.e., HVAC & Industrial Refrigeration Industry emerged as a critical enabler of modern supply chains. HVAC and industrial refrigeration have evolved from utility support systems into strategic enablers of food security, pharma integrity, chemical processing, and retail logistics. The Company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and has established a domestic presence through their warehouses located in Hyderabad, Thane, Kolkata and Bangalore. Company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI and is planning the IPO aggregating the issuance of 39,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of 35,52,000 equity shares and the offer for sale of 3,48,000 equity shares.
